We are all being told over and over again to do self-care.
Do you need help in making some time for yourself?
Do you yearn for rest, prayer and nurturing in your busy pastoral schedule?
What would your life look like if you gave yourself 3 retreats per year with guided Lectio Divina and a full day of silent prayer, time to journal, time to be—whatever it is that you need?
This retreat is for your spiritual formation. If you need more or less structure, we have options. You can choose:
Meals in the dining room or the silent dining room
Liturgy of the Hours with the Sisters
Spiritual Direction with one of our directors
Totally silent or a 7:30 or 8pm conversation time with other pastors
Varying forms of Lectio Divina will be offered at 9:45-10:40am on Tuesdays. Sister Monika will
facilitate the Lectio Divina.
